One of the more recent projects I did that just made it into the latest alpha, these drink machines were a fun concept to play around with. I used a combination of stock imagery, third party rendering software and models (such as the wonderful ones provided by Element 3D by Videocopilot), and custom modeling and editing to create these renders.
I'd design the label, then 3D model the asset and create UVs. I'd bring both into Substance Painter to build the actual file out, then bring it back into blender for the final render. I used Blender's Geometry nodes for the water droplets and condensation. Finally, I'd bring all the assets into Photoshop, and mix in stock images and my own work to create the final image.
Like a lot of my assets, the final 3D asset was done by Hung Pham, who is a very talented member of our team!
