YUMImport - Environmental Signage

One of my last assignments at the university was in Environment Design. I was tasked with creating a free-standing assembly for a company that acted as a wayfinding tool.

I chose to create a Willy Wonka-inspired theme park for YumImports. I had to create a park map, directional guidelines, and then put that on a flat surface that had very little backing. I created the park map in Adobe Dimension CC rather than a 3D program, then mixed it together with photoshop and indesign to create a vinyl-print-ready board of information.

I used Vinyl to apply the park information to the board, using several park maps as a reference for the visual appearence. I used support boards to help the board keep itself rigid. The assembly portion was not as clean as I would have hoped, but it was my first attempt with such a project.
